Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States. More regions are coming soon — join our email list to hear first.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free and tracked on every US order, with no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During launch promotions or holidays, processing can occasionally take an extra day.

Delivery time

US delivery typically takes 5–12 days after dispatch. Some items ship directly from our international fulfilment partners, which is how we keep quality high and shipping free — the tracking number covers the full journey to your door.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking events can take 2–3 days to start updating after dispatch — that's normal.

Multiple items

If you order more than one product, items may arrive in separate parcels a few days apart. You'll get tracking for each.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, contact us via our contact page — we'll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Address changes

Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — we can usually update it before dispatch, but not after the parcel has shipped.
